How can a Relocation Agent help?
Home Sale Network’s Relocation Agents are dedicated to assisting customers who are moving from one area of the country to another. Each Relocation Agent has a dedicated Relocation Consultant who can offer advice about the local area and the moving process, as well as a whole host of information including, maps of the area and information about the type of housing in the locality as well as the cost and availability. Network members can refer you to another selected Network member in the area you are moving to, to assist in your buying and selling needs. And, if you instruct a Relocation Agent to sell your current home, not only will it be advertised locally, it will also be listed on the Home Sale Network website.
What will a Relocation Agent do?
Each Relocation Agent can:
- provide maps and information about the local area including schools, transport links, details about the local council, all of which will help you get to know the area
- advise you on the type of housing available in the area, the cost and availability
- supply advice guides on various aspects of moving
- put you in touch with other Relocation Agents or Network members if you are relocating outside your local area
- liaise with other professionals involved in the moving process as well as chasing the necessary paperwork and agree timings.
